Why Fleet Command
Equipment maintenance and repairs are the lifeblood of your fleet. Missed repairs lead to downtime which can be expensive. Drivers can't drive. Operators can't run their equipment. Customers get angry. You get frustrated and have to deal with all of these people.
Staying on top of everything should be easy. Something goes wrong? It should be reported and fixed.
But things get lost in the shuffle.
Everyone is working hard. Text messages are flying all over the place. Drivers tell someone that work needs to be done, but it doesn't always get to mechanics quickly - or the message gets lost.
We have a way to simply your life, improve communication of problems, save time and reduce costs. Fleet Command makes it as easy as possible to keep your team on the same page.
ANY MEMBER OF YOUR TEAM can submit a vehicle or equipment issue from their phone or computer in a few simple steps. Want to get more detailed? They can take photos too. No more text messages bouncing around or notes with chicken scratch or writing on a messy whiteboard.
Mechanics can know what needs to be done. Owners and shop managers can see the status of all issues. From anywhere. NOTHING GETS MISSED.
You can be up and running in minutes with a few easy steps:
- Sign up - Have a name and email address? That's all you need.
- Add some vehicles to track - name and type are the only required fields to get started. Have a list somewhere? We are happy to add vehicles and equipment for you.
- Add drivers, operators and mechanics - OR DON'T. (You just need 1 person to get started.) When you enter a new member, they will be emailed instructions on how to get started.
- GET TO WORK.
